My Baby is a Queen’, thoughtful theatre for children.

“‘There is a big difference between how we see it as adults and how children experience it,” explains Albert Vilà, co-director of La petita malumaluga.

After its success at the international theatre festivals  Fira de Tarrega and el Grec, La petita malumaluga theatre company returns to Barcelona with its spectacle My Baby is a Queen.

It’s a spectacle for babies that, according to the company’s co-director Albert Vilà, goes much further than their previous work entitled The Beatles for Babies.  Although the show may be an aesthetically-pleasing visual treat, it deals with important issues such as sexuality, disability, origins, and ideas, through music, dance and visuals”.
